Outstanding Online Order and Delivery

I must highly commend HiFi Corporation for their online system which provided probably the best online order and delivery experience I have ever had. I placed an order for a freezer on a Sunday evening (from the Mitchell's Plain store) just before the lock down was due to commence later that week. I immediately received a confirmation of order and tracking number (pretty normal practice). But then I received three personalized emails updating me of the progress of the order as well as a phone call on the Tuesday confirming delivery for the Wednesday. On Wednesday I was called by the courier confirming that they were en route and would be at my house by 08h30. They promptly arrived at 08h28 and brought my appliance into my house with a smile. I was so impressed that I have relayed this experience to many others. I can only recommend that when we return to normal that you utilize HiFi Corp for any online purchase.
