Outstanding customer service at HiFi Corp Pietermaritzburg

HiFi Corporation Pietermaritzburg Some two or three weeks ago I ordered a small freezer and three small items from HiFi Corporation Pietermaritzburg online. I was a bit upset when a lady from the Pietermaritzburg branch contacted me to explain that the freezer was out of stock, but that they could recompense me or find me an equivalent product. I agreed to them finding me an similar make freezer. Through the next week and a half I was contacted THREE more times by this lady and another lady (Vanila?) and given progress reports. The last call was to query whether I would accept the product they had located for me. I was given the name and model number and duly looked it up, and called her back to accept. The freezer was delivered the very next day, together with my other items and even with R200 change, since the freezer they had sourced for me was that much cheaper than the original I had ordered! I would like to thank HiFi Corporation and in particular those two ladies very much for their persistence to provide me with the product ordered. This was exemplary customer service indeed, and I feel they are an asset to the company.
