Out for delivery ****

I ordered online the delivery was suppose to take 2-3 working days,on Thursday the order changed to out for delivery,it did not arrive,called them on Friday they said they will pass my complain to the online team,no communication from that team,today it’s Monday I called them still there is no communication,when did HIFI corp become so pathetic?I am ****ed,very ****ed coz they can’t even give you the name of their courier company so that I can contact them directly…and their customer service agents can’t tell you anything besides what u see on their website,mxm
