Order Online

I had ordered online ( 07-10-2019). The next day( 08-10-2019) I received a call for the next day delivered. The next day I call again just to confirm delivery time between 8 am - 7 Pm. After 7 Pm and still, none had notified for delivered. On 9 October 2019, I call their helpline for information regarding online purchase and delivery. The employee of Hi-f Corp said that no delivery information was on the system.

Later that day one of the employees called to give a reason for the no delivery and we reschedule the next day delivery( 10-10-2019). I called on the 10-10-2019 to confirm that there will be delivery op the 10 October 2019. The employee confirmed that there will be delivered on the 10th of October, but nothing had arrived.

The tracking order link does not show a process been made it just says Order place successfully.

It's unacceptable to promise client delivery on that day and still, no delivery has been made.
