Order number ***. Cancelled order without reason

Bad service from this merchant I ordered my fridge online on the 20th December 2023.I received an SMS and an email stating my order has successfully received. I call on the 27th to track my order, I was then advised of the TAT which is okay,I understand. I then called today which is Friday since I haven’t heard anything. I was then advised my order was cancelled with no reason whatsoever. None could give me a reason as to why my order was cancelled with no communication whatsoever. I could have simply ordered my fridge from Makro or Game if I knew I wasn’t going to get help. This is utterly unacceptable. No more ordering from them. I learnt my lesson the hard way
