Order not delivered
I placed an order online on 17 September with the 2-6 day delivery option. Since then my order has been stuck in the "Received payment" state with no indication of when it will be shipped. Logged a complaint on the 21 September and haven't received a response. Tried to get an update via their Facebook page and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me as well. Really poor service received from this company and I will never order something online from them again.

07 Jan 2019, 18:39Update on this: After many phone calls and emails back and forth they eventually delivered my order but it was the wrong item TWICE. On the third delivery they delivered the correct item.
