I am a very dissapointed with the bad service i am getting in regards with a refund, it has been 7 days and no one in your store seems to know what they are doing, firstly Lydia left me hanging after she advised she will process the refund and advise once done, till to date no feedback was provided, if i dont do a follow up no one calls back, yesterday nonhlanhla called me and promiseed me heaven and earth and that she will get back to me before COB however she also went MIA, I regret ever purchasing an appliance from your store, i need this sorted out ASAP, I am stuck because people are not doing their job properly, will i recommed HIFI corp to anyone, like hell no not after this bad experience
