Order never delivered 0Star rating

It has been 2 weeks of complete silence from Hi-Fi corp and 2 weeks of frustration for me. I ordered a tv online 2 weeks ago and to this day i have not received my order. Delivery date kept being moved and on the day of delivery (4th Dec) never delivered. I kept on calling customer service but they themselves can’t help only thing they say is “i am sorry about the inconvenience” .

Never order anything online with them. They lack communication, service delivery and empathy towards customers. Very much disappointed and frustrated, if there is a rating lower than 1 star it suits them.
