Order from 22 May 2020 still not received; no satisfactory feedback or assistance.

I placed an order online on 22 May 2020 and despite following up and trying to trace my parcel, I am still waiting for it. I submitted emails to follow-up but instead of providing me with an answer in respect of where my package is, the consultants keep sending me invoices. I am very disappointed at the service I have received, especially from such a large company.
