ORDER DELIVER BUT TO WHO????

I order an airfryer on the 31st of March and after placing an order i was told my delivery date would be on the 2nd of April. On 1 April at 17h18 i get an email and an SMS stating that my order has been delivered but to who????? Because I never received anything? When I called the next day I get any agent or whatever they are called with an attitude, why??? And mind you tomorrow is a public holiday meaning my complaint will be solved next week Tuesday imagine.
