Online Shopping ****

Hi-Fi Corporation Online sales is basically a big theft ****. We ordered a product on the 12th of October and have not once received a call from them saying they will deliver. Instead we have had to spend numerous hours trying to organise this. No one at Hifi Corp really cares about ANY customer service. We get shunted around from department to department all saying there is a system error. Not sure how that is our problem.... Now, the 2nd of November and still not a word.... We will be opening a case of theft against them at SAPS.
