Online shopping - no delivery, no communication - complaint ***

I am extremely disappointed with HI-FI Corp’s online shopping service. I placed my order on 2 December, and to this day I am still waiting for delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, I have received no clear answers or updates regarding when I will receive my order.

Not only has this caused unnecessary frustration, but I have also wasted airtime repeatedly calling your customer service team without any resolution. At this point, I deeply regret choosing to purchase from HI-FI Corp and I am requesting a full refund immediately.
