Online shopping for a TV paid in full bad service

Paid online for a 52inch Sansui TV showed in stock and head office confirmed there was stock warehouse called on Friday to say there is no more stock after I was told I am getting the item on Saturday. Now I must wait 7 to 14 days for my refund after receiving nothing.
