ONLINE SHOPPING-BAD SERVICE

I recently ordered a washing machine online from hifi Corp on 29th November. They stated it would be 2-5 working days. It still hasn't been delivered. Customer care number rings for more than 30mins with no help. I thought with it being a bigger and better known company, they would have a better customer service, but clearly I was mistaken. i am so disappointed
