Online shoppers be ware of Hifi Corp!

Terrible terrible online purchase service. I have gone through their painstaking, customer unfriendy route of returning a purchase, only to be informed that they will not refund me, because I actually tested the item - as is my right to and logical course of action when receiving it. You need to know that it works and that you are happy with the way that it works. Bare in mind that I requested the return within the required 7 day period - not stated on their website by the way - and that the item is still in the condition I received it in. Only now that they have the item back in their warehouse I'm I informed that this is a problem and that I will have to pay for them to deliver the item back to me because they "cannot refund me". I will not only never buy anything online through Hifi corporatione again, I will never buy anything from them again period. Compared to professionals like Takeloat this company's online purchase service is absolutely atrocious. Online shoppers never consider this company to spend your hard earned many at. Biggest purchase mistake I have ever made.
