I bought a TV online and my sale was approved, now today I received a call telling that they're out of stock and I must wait for 7 to 14 days to get my money back I find this unacceptable, as my purchase was success and I do have an order number
I asked the agent to transfer me to her manager and she dropped the call

who also confirmed that the is no stock which I find unacceptable because this would mean my product was sold to some one else as I have my order number and I can't wait for 7 to 14 days if you can't give me my TV I want my money back today, as when I bought the TV you did wait 7 to 14 days for my money to reflect
poor online service and I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from hifi corp online as its a **** and ***** to sell products that you don't have, which is false advertising and I will take this matter higher if I have to
