Online Purchase of nightmare HiFi Corporation

HiFi Corporations online purchasing and delivery services is so pathetic. I've been waiting for delivery of a new fridge which I purchased online due to my busy schedule I could not go to the store and don't have a van. Their tracking system still only shows that they recieved the order which was placed last week Friday on the 29th March 2019. There's been absolutely no movement on this order as far as the tracking shows and when I called their call centre the guy told me I should just wait the order will arrive in 6 days. The whole idea of online shopping is to get what you need efficiently in the comfort of your home. There is absolutely no efficiency with HiFi Corporations service if after more than 6 days there is still no movement recorded on the tracking system, which means I will be waiting for delivery for many days to come. It's such an inconvenience as I have to get someone to be at home to recieve the delivery all these days. I'm even contemplating on cancelling this order an getting a refund. I'm sure Game or Makro will be more than willing to get my purchase done.
