Online purchase more than 1 month still not delivered.

Purchased item online on the 29th November. Delivery quoted between 2-5 days. Today is the 30th December and item still not delivered. Apparently refund takes 7 to 10 days???? Very poor service from contact center as the matter is now escalated yet again. The complaint reference is ***. Order number ***. I do not recommend purchasing any item online from Hifi Corp.
