Online purchase gone wrong

Highly disappointed with online sales , we have purchased a TV online that was on promotion money taken out of the account , a day later we receive a email from phiwe mdhluli & cc with mbali skhosani stating the accnt holder don't match the profile , then we created a profile for my uncle so the sale can be process as they requested , a hole week later stil no response from either off them, we then went to n1 store to get assistance which the manager helped us amazingly fine , she then got back to us via email that our money is refunded back into our accnt . We'll we did not want the money we wanted a TV . We will never buy from ur company again & I'm definitely putting this on all my social media platforms. Your service is very poor from your employees
