Online purchase from Hifi CORP

Hifi Corp online is the worst. I bought a bed online in May. Firstly they harldy communicate with you and it is so difficult to get through to the agents at their call centre. 2 weeks later still no delivery and no call from them and by tracking my order it showed received payment. I then requested for a refund. Not too long there after they called me to say they now have stock availabile and will deliver the bed in 2 days. The bed arrived and it was the incorrect item they posted in the image online apparently. 3 weeks later they called saying OK delivery will be ready again. I waited and waited and waited to nothing and no one again.

I called them and now they emailed me saying no stock and due to your order pending this long we processing a refund.

I go on their website only to see that the same bed I'm suppose to received is being advised again. Oh dear Hifi, I hope and pray no one else ever experience this appauling service I've received from you.
