Online Purchase

I baught white pool/ snooker ***** from them, cant call them to find out what happened to my online purchase because nobody seem to work at customer care, cant get any decent answer from their emails. This is so frustrating, the courier company they use told me they couldnt find or call me for the delivery wich i find strange because all the other places i buy from seem to have no problem divering. I dont know how to get this resolved with them they are very unhelpfull!
