online purchase and no delivery

I bought a fridge online on the 25th of November 2019 and to date i have not received my order. I was called after sending a mail that I still had not received my order. i was told new orders had to be made to the order having dents and i would be called on monday the 2nd Dec to date no has called me. i made a follow up today the 4th Dec and was told they would get back to me, its 3 hours later and no one has gotten back to me. Can i just have the fridge i paid for.
