Online purchase

Very disappointed with the service or lack thereof from Hi-Fi Corp. I purchased online and their system miscalculated the amount to be paid by R27 and now it is mu fault as a customer and my stock has not been delivered.

No one wants to assist and everyone speaks of escalating everything. No one knows what is happening. They have my full money over R7 000 and refuse to give me the stock. I am willing to even pay for the R27 which was their mistake but even that no one can assist with.

Apparently the company has no senior management or anyone in authority that can assist customers. They are *******.
