Online Ordering - Never Again ! ! !

I have just read of similar incidents to mine, so it would seem there is a trend. I had placed an online order ( Sunday 1 Dec ), for a Television set, with a standard disclaimer of a 2 - 5 working day delivery date. Using the 'track my order' from their website - It reflects that my order has been picked and dispatched, and has been with the courier company since the 1st of Dec. Today being the 4th working day since my order, I called the courier company to enquire ... they informed me, that the order is made up of 2 pieces, with only 1 piece collected by them, as HIFI Corp has not dispatched the 2nd piece, and the courier company is not allowed to split orders. But phone Jackie ( number given ) and she would be able to give authorisation to split order. The number given for Jackie just rings, and HIFI corp contact details do the same, before disconnecting. Absolutely terrible service ! Never Again
