Online Order Problems

I bought a few items from HIFI Corp on Black Friday sale, this was not my first purchase from them and not the first time i had problems with them.

After a few days of not receiving my parcel i contacted their customer care number where i was informed my order was not loaded and still pending processing. They said they would escalate the problem to IT. My previous to orders had exactly the same problem. Few days later i phone again and the problem was not yet resolved, this time they at least send me a mail, we exchanged a few mails and i hoped the problem was resolved, but no luck, i then take to Facebook and send them a pm, we exchange conversation only for me to be told my parcel is only to arrive within 14 business days from date of order.

Today i phoned customer care again only to be told my problem has been escalated to senior management and i should have my answer today.

Well today has passed and so has 20 days since i placed my order and i still have nothing to show for it.
