Online order problems

I ordered and paid for five TV's online on Friday 29th November. Received a call today (Thursday 5th December) from Nelspruit branch saying they can only supply one TV. I was told that it is limited to one per customer and that the online ordering only allowed five to be ordered as result of a "glitch".
