Online order No Stock, Refund issues.

I placed an online order for some glasses, after paying online, I received a call saying there is no stock, but they will refund me. Tthis was on the 6th Feb. 2024 the refund would apparently take 7-14 day. I accept this as I guess I have no choice. then on the 13th Feb I called to find out what is happening with my refund and I get told that there is no record of it! Now I have to apply for the refund again and wait 7-14 days for my money, needless to say I won't be buying from Hi-Fi Corp again.
