Yes what an experience to shop at a store with a logo that states 'why shop anywhere else" I will never be shopping there again. I bought a fridge on line on the 28/11/2019 at 8 35 am. Money was taken off my account promptly. as they do. Today, 7 days later no one can tell me what is happening with my delivery. Your phones are never answered and when the eventually do get answered i am told that my complaint has been escalated to head office and i will be contacted within the hour. Obviously you head office staff are as *********** as the rest of your company and do not own a time peace as such so an hour could be a week. I am most probably wasting my time writing this as no one can read either as my e-mails do not get answered. if i ran my company as you do i would have 70 employees out of work and i would be joining the unemployment queue in front of your store applying for a job.
