Online order # ***

I ordered a fridge online on 28th November, it has still not arrived. The fridge i ordered was out of stock so was told it would be upgraded on the 10/12/2019. I called the help desk on 21/12/2019 and was told that someone will contact me that day or the next day at the latest to arrange delivery. Still have heard nothing. This is a Christmas gift for my dad and now will not be here on time.
