Online Order

I have placed an online order on the 26th May 2020. Order number *** which said I will be getting delivery within 14 working days. Up to date there has been no order received. When I track this order it just says order has been placed successfully, really for two weeks??? Whenever I call the online department no one answers . I have sent through emails no one responds. Really disgusting customer care and service.
