Online exchange or refund

I have bought a bed and a 4 plate univa stove online they are both faulty I've logged many returns in-store and online since November 2025 even now no 1 is assisting. I bet they sell faulty things online knowing very well that it's gonna be difficult to exchange or refund. I advice ppl to go buy somewhere else or you'll be wasting your money.
