ONLINE DIVISION --- ********!!!!!

I have purchased online and paid but to date I have not received any update, when I try call any of the numbers that are available on line it just rings.. Your online division is working like con artists, I have ordered stuff, you have taken my money so I have been ****med as I don't have what I have paid for. I called The Glen branch and I get told they can't help cause it is an online purchase, but your online division seems non existent!!! I have never experienced this when ordering from Game, I ordered online, I paid them and I got my goods in record time, and I was updated daily with regard to the tracking of my order... I need someone somewhere to tell what is going on with my order?????
