Online Delivery not done

i placed an order on the 5th of September for a Tv online. Today is the 11th of September and I have still not received any form of feedback from them. This utterly disappointing and poor customer service. I was warned in the last about Hifi Corporations poor service and today I have nothing but regrets on placing an order with them.
