Online delivery

I ordered online and was told my parcel will be delivered on the 2nd November 2024 of which it didn’t happen, when I called the customer service who sent the email they are now telling me that the parcel is with courier guy that they don’t have details of and can’t track the parcel,to my suprise now today i’m told they don’t even have the product on stock they still look for it from other warehouses i’m so upset because I need to follow them for an update and they don’t update me and mostly I get people who don’t even know what they doing.The service is just horrible and this is my 3rd encounter with their horrible service
