online application good, come waste your time in our store to fail instore account... lol what a joke

My wife did online application to purchase a Samsung TV. The online application was successful but at the store we had to do all the same stuff again. Very slow service. All details of me the husband was captured but my bank account for the debit order not good. Must be her account, so why capture, my income, my id????????????????????????? Online application good, in store not good.
