Online application

I app**** online at Hi Fi corporation on the 27/09/2018 and a half hour later I receive a sms stating that I have been provisionally approved. the sms also stated the amount that I have been approved for,but this application is only available for 7 days. So I take a day off from work ,so that the deal don't collapse. I get to there store on 30/09/2018, only to be told I have been declined. This to me is bad customer service, because you giving me false information and I lost a days salary.
