One would think HiFi Corp is a trusted company...

I would think big names like HiFi Corp would be someone you can trust and rest at ease when you buy electronics from. apparently that is not the case because they are quick to pass the buck to the 'brand' when something goes wrong. I bought a Hisense fridge/freeze for my nanny at the beginning of November. the fridge worked for all of 1 1/2 weeks and then just stopped working. HiFi Corp, who sold the fridge to me, said that Hisense needs to send a technician to come and have a look at it. I am still waiting. I have phoned HiFi Corp back multiple times where a lot of promises are made, but here it stands in all it's glory not working. STILL!!!<br> I will not buy any big ticket item from them again. There's no pride or after sales service from certain companies these days. Once the item is sold, they don't care. Absolutely unacceptable.
