On line store a disaster

Bought Led TV online. Worst experience. Went to collect next day at store. Cannot help. Must wait for online order to reflect. No time line. Could be up to 2 days. Phoned head office. Informed us SABC must verify TV licence on email even after Hifi verified it on line with the purchase. Decided to cancel order. Now we must wait up to 14 days for a refund. Clown company
