Now I know why the other store closed

We got your flyer yesterday and raced to the store for a special that was advertised from yesterday onwards. We just stepped into the store to be greeted by a herd of your staff as it was nearly closing time. We were stopped by the door and whatever we asked for was not available. Our primary purchase was to be the portable air-con unit: JOST AIRCON PORTABLE YPC-12C-S-1. The guy who tried to help was stopped dead in his tracks by a women who just started making excuses for us to get out the store. First, she said that they were sold out due to the heat wave(I would suggest that you check your store stock)I cannot believe that stock of a special would disappear in a matter of hours. Her body language was pathetic. To think that there are thousands of people that are looking for work and you guys hire a bunch of rude, unfriendly, LAZY staff. I hope that you guys will fix the situation for other customers cos I certainly will not be going to that store again.Maybe you should put a board out to say that shoppers should stay away from 17:30 cos staff get ready to go home from then- better still close the store at 13:00 so your staff can have the afternoon off.<br>
