Not work new fridge

I bought a fridge in menlyn and collected at fourways crossing on the 12 of November 2023.

Yesterday for the 1st time I switched it on and it is not getting cold. This is supposed to be a new fridge.

I over looked a small dent that I saw when when we unwrapped the fridge but I his is a huge inconvenience.

How can I get a replacement immediately.
