Not trustworthy and taking long to refund my money back

I placed an order online for a printer. I received a call on the day the printer was supposed to be packaged from the manager telling Me that the printer had been put on display and if I still want it or not. I requested him to call me within 5 minutes, he decided not to do that, I got shocked seeing emails and she's saying the driver is on the way with me printer. I sent an email immediately to tell them I am no longer interested and that I should be refunded, within seconds the guy decided to call me back. I told me that they should refund my money back, I received an email to fill in my banking details, no acknowledgement email that my email was received none whatsoever, I received a call from some lady two days after I sent my email telling me that they are investigating, I told her that I spoke to Mothusi already whom I sent an email to, it's over 7 days, Payment still not reflecting in my account even though I asked them to advise how long if will take for funds to reflect in the account. I am so disappointed in such service 😞
