Not returning any calls

I called the online department on Friday morning for the first time regarding a problem I had while trying to order online. I confirmed on my phone records now, I was cut off twelve (12) times. Apart from the twelve times I was cut off, the other five calls that were eventually answered all had staff that PROMISED to get back to me, some of them saying within ten minutes....Not ONE person has bothered to return my call. I have spent a small fortune at Hifi-Corp over the years but now you have made it clear that you have absolutely NO interest in assisting your customers when they have an issue that needs resolving..VERY DISSAPOINTING !!
