Not receiving in time frame as advertised.

I made an order on the 19th of June, 2019. Thinking that I will actually receive my washing machine within the said 2-6 working days. I have been keeping an eye on the "tracking" and noticed that delivery was scheduled today (28June2019). I have not received a call or any form of communication surrounding the delivery... I have previously called the call center, only to receive an email with no information on it. If it was on credit I would've understood, but I paid cash...
