Not Honouring Extended Warranty, False Advertising

On 8 April 2015 I took a faulty tv in for repairs under the extended warranty. In May I went to enquire about the repair. No tv received back. I spoke to the branch manageress who informed me that the 21 day period was working days (Monday to Friday) and not applicable to the extended warranty. I had asked for my replacement tv as per their advertising. I feel that 21 days should refer to calendar days and they should change the wording to read working days as it is miss leading. The terms and conditions on the extended warranty read and I quote \It is emphasised that the extended warranty is in effect an extension of the Manufacturer's Warranty"and covers items under section B and not section C. Thus there is no difference between the original Manufacturers Warranty and the Extended Warranty. Two weeks ago when I was again there"
