Not happy with the service

I am not happy at all i bought a fridge at Hi-Fi corporation on the 31st of July 2020.The fridge is not working and I've been calling them each and every day telling them that am having a problem with my fridge they kept on promising to send technician and mind you i bought it cash with the amount of R 5800.Please help.
