Not happy with Hifi Promenade

I bought a Defy 13kg twin tub on 10/2/2019 invoice *** and had technicians out on 4 occasions to have a look at the spinner which is now not working at all. The machine sounds like a tractor and the shop just say sorry we cant help you. Ive been fighting with HiFi Promenade mall to get this matter sorted and now my guarantee has expired. So basically i must through it away now coz they clearly could not fix it and im stuck with this piece of *******. Now they telling me about an extended guarantee i should've taken the day i bought the machine. Im not satisfied with this at all. Wiesaal Ariefdien ***
