Not friendly or helpful

Went to the Festival Mall branch to buy a phone for my mum. What an extremely rude woman helped us at the cashier when I asked for a wireless charger, she just points and says go there. Not advising us that the phone we are buying is not compatible with the charger. I will definitely not go there again. Very rude
