Not delivering according

<p>I bought a BlaupunkT Etablet 7023G online on the 25 November 2016. According to the terms and condition of online purchases the goods were supposed to be deliveried within 5 to 10 days , today its the 13.12.2016. I sent any email on the 12.12.2016 and no one responded, today the 13.12.2016 i contacted the call center and the lady told me that the Tablets is at Atterburry Hifi Corporation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need the stuff as soon as possible as this is a present that i need to give to a special person on the 15th December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
