Not answering phones
As I resigned from the company end of January I haven't heard anything regarding my provident fund and I have been trying to contact the hr department but no one is interested in helping and most of the time no one answers the phone then I decide to go to Alexander forbes and when I got there I learned that no one bothered to submit my claim forms after two months
