Not answering or drop the phones

This is for me is Terrible service, as when I tried calling them, I 1st sat on the phone for 10min waiting for someone to answer the phone, eventually someone answered and I was so shocked as whoever answered was extremely rude with me, they then put me through and once again I waited a good 10-15min on the phone before someone answered and put the phone down in my ear. I then tried calling again on numerous occasions, either no answer or the phone gets picked up and dropped in my ear.<br> All I wanted to know was whether they have a WALKA 7 in stock or not and I get no help at all!! I eventually get through to someone else that is extremely rude, and get told they don't stock anything DSTV related (even though they advertise it online)<br> <br> Cant believe that your staff are that lazy or *********** to answer a phone!!<br> <br> Disgusted!!!!<br> <br> <br>
